Sustainability
Day 1 of PlantWorx Construction Exhibition 2025, and what an exciting few days we've got in store!
Firstly, we're proud to be a part of the inaugural Site Sustainability Showcase, in association with the CPA - Construction Plant-hire Association! We're spotlighting our 13T Komatsu Electric Excavator, powered by electric technology and producing zero local emissions.
Earlier this year, we collaborated with Balfour Beatty plc on the M25/A3 Junction 10 upgrade, during which we trialled this machine. Over 19 working days, the results were impressive:
This equates to an annual savings of 6,751 litres of fuel and a reduction of 18,042 kg of CO2!
The Site Sustainability Showcase provides a comprehensive view of how today?s cleaner site solutions can work together to reduce emissions and enhance efficiency. We are proud to partner with our supply chain and customers to explore cleaner, smarter solutions for the future of construction.
