We're so proud of our training team, who won the Training Excellence Award at the CN Specialist Awards! Our entry focused on our Career in Plant and Mentor programme, bringing over 300 individuals into the workforce with an 85% retention rate, and our comprehensive enhanced training modules, including certifications like CITB HS&E and NOCN Site Right.
Congratulations to the entire team for dedicating thousands of hours to upskilling our workforce across the country, and to our leadership for driving collaboration across the supply chain to bridge the skills gap.
The judges unanimously recognised our commitment to driving positive change in the construction industry through improved standards, enhanced qualifications, and employment initiatives. They were particularly impressed by our passion for collaboration to benefit the industry and society—not just a tick-box exercise to meet our own business needs.
