WOW
At Lynch Labour, people are at the heart of everything we do.
From supporting customers with workforce solutions to helping individuals build rewarding careers, our success is driven by the people behind the business. With a database of more than 38,000 vetted workers across the UK, we're proud to connect skilled people with opportunities that help projects succeed.
But behind every placement is a story. Whether it's creating opportunities for new entrants, supporting career development or helping customers access the skills they need, our team is committed to making a positive impact across the industry.
Creating Opportunities
Theo's Story
We're pleased to welcome Theo to the team as a General Operative within our Lynch Enabling subcontracting division, supporting one of our valued customers.
Theo joined Lynch through our Second Chances Training Programme at HMP Highpoint, an initiative designed to help individuals develop meaningful careers and gain long-term employment opportunities.
The programme continues to create positive outcomes for both individuals and employers, helping to address skills shortages while providing a pathway into sustainable employment. We're proud to have Theo as part of the growing Lynch workforce and look forward to supporting his development.
Lucy's Story
A big welcome to Lucy, who joined Lynch after attending one of our Open Days at our Hemel Hempstead office.
Following a successful introduction to the business, Lucy completed her training at our Brampton Training Centre and has since become part of the Lynch team.
Lucy represents the growing number of women building successful careers across our industry. Bringing enthusiasm, determination and a fresh perspective, she's already making a positive impact and we look forward to seeing her continue to develop.
Building Strong Partnerships
The strength of Lynch Labour isn't just reflected in the people we employ, but also in the relationships we build with customers, partners and industry organisations.
Recently, our commitment to compliance and workforce excellence was recognised by Workforce Assured.
"In and around the audit, we had such great conversations? gentle challenges on where we could make improvements. We are starting the year reflecting on this feedback from our partners at Lynch. It proves that compliance doesn't have to be painful. It can be the strategic edge your business needs for the year ahead. We are delighted to have Lynch as part of the Workforce Assured crew."
Doug Aris, Managing Director, Workforce Assured
Feedback like this reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement and delivering value beyond labour supply alone.
