Training
Lynch are delighted to welcome three of our new Apprentices to our team. Two of our apprentices, Daniel and Gurvir, have now completed their first two weeks of training, with Luke to follow this week. They attended our Southern Depot to receive Plant Familiarisation on ADTs, providing them with more practical knowledge on the mechanics and pre-start functions of the machinery.
We are proud to be able to run our Apprentice Programme, providing learners with the opportunity to work on exciting construction projects all over the country. We know that people are at the heart of what we do, and our Apprentices will receive continual training and support the whole way through the journey to becoming Qualified Plant Operators.
Our apprentices have a great attitude, and they want to do well and really develop as Operators. We want to be able to help them to thrive on the fantastic construction projects we have. We need the Operators of today, but we also need the Operators of the future
Gez Bonner - National Training Manager
We know that apprenticeships are crucial in bringing the next generation of skilled Operators into the construction industry, keeping up with the demand. Our Operators are the face of Lynch, and it is only with their passion, respect, and can-do attitudes that we work towards a brighter future.
