We would like to congratulate Chris Kent and Valon Krivenjeva, who are now fully qualified Plant Operator Assessors.
Chris and Valon have worked with Lynch for over 10 years, beginning as Plant Operators themselves. Their passion and ‘can-do’ attitudes have been evident from the beginning. Gaining this qualification demonstrates their commitment and dedication to develop industry-leading Operators.
Chris explained that “I’m not an academic person, and this was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but it has been worth it. The course has given me a greater understanding of the processes and guidelines and allowed me to take a more holistic approach when assessing. Also, the fact that I’ve got a nationally recognised qualification has given me a confidence boost.”
Valon said that “working towards this qualification has been tough, especially with English as an additional language. But I felt ready to take the step from Operator, to Trainer, and then to Assessor, and I am grateful to have been supported the whole way along.”
I feel more confident in my work now and I am proud that I’m a qualified NVQ Assessor.

We understand the importance of training and assessment, and so we continue to invest in the development of our Training Team. Every single Operator is assessed in a machine before they start with us, and then again once they are out on site.
Chris and Valon are assets to the team and their hard work continues to drive us forward. Well done!
