Lynch Labour is a specialist labour only supply company providing plant operatives and other skilled and semi-skilled civils workers to Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure contractors across the UK.
For over 40 years, we have delivered operated plant hire, and our significant experience in workforce delivery made this a natural diversification of our business. This new, strategic growth area cements our reputation as one of the UK's leading providers of high-quality, competent workforces in complex, safety critical environments.

Lynch have already established an award-winning training division, with a team of NVQ accredited assessors that deliver plant training to everyone working on our customer's job sites, and this naturally extends into our labour supply division. With a range of funding avenues secured for both new entrant attraction and workforce upskilling, all underpinned by strong nationwide partnerships, Lynch is committed to creating career pathways, enabling new entrants, and supporting local employment through a full 360-degree workforce solution.
As part of our growth, we have now appointed a strong labour delivery team to ensure operational excellence and compliance across all business functions. Our team have a deep expertise in sourcing, vetting and mobilising high-quality candidates. We are proud to have one of the largest databases of construction operatives in the industry.
