Training
Our latest Careers in Plant recruits have completed their intensive 10-day training, gained their tickets, and are now working on site.
The final stage of their training, includes undergoing important Plant Familiarisation at our Southern Depot with Valon Krivenjeva - Plant Coordinator and Assessor.
This session provides Operators with insight to safe practice around machines. They have been familiarised on a range of varied plant, including one of our latest Hydrema 912G Dumptrucks, powered by the latest Stage V Technology.
We're committed to the development of our great Operators, and seeing this group progress through the Scheme has been very exciting!
