Workshop Plant Fitter

Reporting Lines:

You will report into the Plant Service Manager

Focus areas of the role:

The success of the role will be measured against the effective implementation of the following focus areas:

• Working safely and respectfully in a busy environment.
• Delivery of first-class machines to our customers on time and to the correct specification.
• Defects are repaired or notified to the Workshop Foreman.

Success enablers:

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills, behaviours, and abilities:

• Experience of Plant maintenance.
• Have carried out formal training (or have the ability) to NVQ2 Plant maintenance. An equivalent qualification is acceptable.
• Must have tooling to carry out the role.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to grow within the business. Learn new skills and take on new challenges.

• Flexibility. We are driven by customer service and we have to be flexible to fulfil our customers needs.
