Apprentice Plant Operator

L Lynch Plant Hire & Haulage Limited have an exciting opportunity for you to start your career in construction, as a Plant Operator Apprentice with a nationally recognised industry leader. The scheme will be set out over two years and by the end you will be a Qualified Plant Operator.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Lynch Apprentice, you will split your time between learning at a training college, but also operating machinery on real working sites.

You will learn to Operate six different types of machinery, including Dumpers, Rollers and 360 Excavators, and gain the relevant tickets. Your work on a busy site will give you real, on-the-job experience.

What we’re looking for:

• You must be 18 years old, but there is no upper age limit
• You must have a driver’s licence and own means of transport
• You should be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with a Can-Do attitude and a passion for plant!
