QR Code Upgrades: moving daily defect reporting From Paper to Pixels

This month, we've made even more significant enhancements to our best-in-class QR code system to further improve efficiency and user experience for our operators and customers. The latest update will revolutionise daily defect reporting - all at the touch of a button.

Daily Defect System for Operators

Now, when an operator scans the QR code, they will discover a brand-new button labelled "Defects", which takes them to a dedicated page where they can enter their details and complete a defect check. Once the check is submitted, a PDF document with the daily defect check is automatically generated and sent to the provided email address. This can be conveniently stored for the operator's records.

This will provide real benefits for customers who hire our machinery on a self-drive basis and are not using the company's timesheets. This negates the need for paper records with a more digital, streamlined process.
