Training
Our Careers in Plant Scheme is unique in the industry and offers a way into construction for individuals with a can-do attitude. After the ten-day intensive training, our dedicated Training Team are on hand to offer continual mentoring and guidance to new Operators. This supports the skills and experience needed to advance a Career in Plant.
The most recent group of Operators saw two women joining the scheme. We were pleased to host the group at our Southern Depot to learn about our range of Varied Plant, including one of our Bell B30E Articulated Dumptrucks.
All of these new Operators have passed their training and are out to work on exciting infrastructure projects.
This scheme is unique to Lynch and we welcome anyone interested in a Career in Plant to apply today.
We’re also looking for skilled Plant Operators, register to work with us.
