Sales Manager

Required in: Midlands and North

Purpose: Working alongside the Head of Sales (Midlands & North), you will create a high performing culture across your team, driving sales and developing a customer centric mindset across our business. This is a sales role for a strong relationship builder who likes to work strategically to set, meet and exceed performance goals individually and as a team. You will champion our ONE TEAM ethos, collaborate and bring individual teams together to deliver a right first time service to our customers. You will seek new and exciting opportunities that are aligned to both our targets, and our strong company vision and values. You will lead our customer offering and ensure that it continually adds value to all our stakeholders.

Reporting Lines: 

You will report into the Head of Sales (Midlands & North).

The success of the role will be measured against the effective implementation of the following focus areas: 

  • The ability to understand our customers’ needs and help enable their success. 
  • Secure sustainable business growth aligned to our business strategy. 
  • Manage and grow our existing customer portfolio and enhance strategic relationships with key customers. 
  • To track and meet KPI and forecast expectation. 
  • Building trust through transparency with our customers, delivering what we say we will do. 
  • Debt management responsibility to ensure we minimise risk to the business. 
  • Drive learning mindset into all that we do, if something goes wrong, we always find out how to do it better next time.
