Role Profile: People & Culture Administrator
Purpose: To support the People & Culture team with all administrative duties to help drive our people experience.
As a key influencer across the Lynch team this role will help implement and embed the company vision and behaviours across all that we do. Reporting Lines:
You will report into the People & Culture Manager
Focus areas of the role:
The success of the role will be measured against the effective implementation of the following focus areas:
Oversee full-cycle onboarding and offboarding of all staff.
Accurately draft and issue all offer letters and contracts of employment.
Collate and issue all new starter packs in a timely manner.
Oversee all HR system set-ups, changes and leavers.
Track and manage probation periods and contract changes.
Ensure Right to Work checks have been carried out and are accurately recorded in the HR system.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records on the HR system.
Partner with Payroll and deliver timely reports to ensure payroll data is processed correctly, covering new starters, leavers, changes, bonuses and benefits.
Ensure relevant support functions are advised of new starters, leavers and changes through both reporting and following the relevant procedure.
Be the first point of contract for HR support requests and queries.
Coordinate the team inbox.
Support on recognition and anniversary rewards.
Overseeing archiving of HR documents in support of ISO 27001.
Implement and organise the HR document management system.
Support on other ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks when needed.

Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail is essential.
A confident communicator who can handle sensitive information with discretion.
Capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Champions UK-GDPR, ISO 27001 and best practice.
Education & Qualifications/Experience
Experience as a HR administrator is essential.
Proficient in HR systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of UK-GDPR and Right to Work.
CIPD Level 3 Certificate or working towards would be desirable.
