Required in: London Depot (Hemel Hempstead)
Purpose: To manage the service department effectively.

Focus areas of the role:
The success of the role will be measured against the effective implementation of the following focus areas:
Checking of hire equipment (Service Red Pen Checks)
Workshop health & safety
Managing major and minor repairs to ensure highest equipment availability
Managing workshop staff
Keeping statutory training up to date
Ensuring workshop and yard compliance
Processing workshop staff timesheets
Toolbox talks
Ensure regular communications with staff regarding performance targets, objectives, and the group's activities
Cost analyst: Analyse the weekly purchase order report, to cost save and highlight overspending across the depot.
Assisting in the recruitment of workshop fitters as required
